BTS extension on right track

The service on the extended route is expected to be officially opened on Aug 12 to mark Her Majesty the Queen’s birthday.

Before its official opening, there will be a test run lasting three months, starting from May 15.

Bangkok governor MR Sukhumbhand Paribatra will lead BMA executives to try out the service on the extended route this Thursday, April 23rd, 2009.

Water, Electricity, Telephone, Internet & Maintenance fee

Water Supply Charges:

Now it is supply by building management @ 18 Baht per unit. But now new management team has promised to make it at only 10.50 Baht per unit only. This is much cheaper then many condos.

Electricity Charges:

In Metro Park Sathorn, Electricity supply is directly by government and we have to pay directly @ only 3.00 Baht per unit. Now a days many condos have sub meter and the owner/Developer charged their own price and that is much more then the government’s.

At the metropark sathorn have all the facilities of Laundry and cleaning etc. Since there are many service providers, you can get the best prices. Mostly all  the residents leaving the are working persons, therefore they does not have enough time to do the cleaning and Laundry work. So this is best solution to use your free time to other entertainment things.

BTS Extension from Taksin to Wong Wian Yai

Taksin extension will add 50,000 riders

Opening the 2.2-kilometre extension over the Taksin Bridge will increase the number of commuters using the Skytrain by at least 50,000 a day this year after two years of stagnation, according to Bangkok Mass Transit System Co (BTS).
